Sushi Serving Set for two

This hand forged sushi serving set for two includes two long sushi plates, four small dipping bowls, and two sets of chopsticks. The steel is finished with avocado oil. Chopstick design may vary depending on supply.

Care Instructions:
This hand forged Sushi Set is made from recycled, low carbon steel. That being said, rust, otherwise known as oxidation, will appear if not taken care of properly. Please hand wash, promptly hand dry, then rub a light layer of food safe cooking oil or spray onto the surface of the steel, wiping the excess clean with a paper towel. I recommend using avocado oil as it is light and provides a smoother finish than other oils such as olive or sesame. If the item becomes sticky over time due to excess oil buildup on the surface, you can place the set in the oven, heat up the steel, remove the set from the oven with mitts and promptly burnish the entire surface with a clean rag to remove the excess oil.

The Light brushed steel finish resembles silver or pewter. Keep in mind that the brushed finish will slightly reflect the color blue in certain lights.
